Craft Inn 手 [té]

Located in a corner of the traditional townscape of Yame, Craft Inn 手 [té] is an inn where you can experience the “handiwork” that has been handed down from generation to generation in Kyushu.
Two rooms in the renovated kominka (old private house) are designed based on the themes of “indigo” and “bamboo." Furniture and furnishings made by artisans from Yame and other parts of Kyushu create a warm and nostalgic, yet sophisticated, space.
Visitors can also enjoy a variety of experience programs, such as an indigo-dyeing experience at the Kurume Kasuri workshop and a matcha experience in the white-walled townscape.
