Hoshi no Onsenkan Kirara (Hot Spring Resort)

Opened in 2001, Hoshi no Onsenkan Kirara hot spring resort adjoins Ike no Yamaso Inn at Hoshino Hots Springs. A dip in these simple alkaline springs leaves the skin feeling satiny, earning them the nickname “the Waters of Beauty”. Visitors can take in Hoshino’s rich natural environment under a blanket of stars as they relax body and mind in one of the two outdoor baths (“Miharashi no Yu” or “Mori no Yu”).

About the Hot Spings: Simple alkaline springs effective in treating exhaustion, poor circulation, neuralgia, gout, rheumatism, stiff shoulders, stiff shoulders due to age, back pain, arthritics, bruises, sprains, sore muscles and locomotor weakness.

Turn left onto Prefectural Highway 52 and travel 17 kilometers [10.6 miles].)
