ダニエル イノウエ ミュージアム

This is a tourist exchange center for the Joyo area of Yame City, centering on an exhibition room introducing the achievements of the late Daniel Ken Inouye, a former U.S. Senator with roots in the town of Joyo, Yame City. It also features a VR theater that introduces Daniel and the local community, and a café and store offering a menu that combines local ingredients and Hawaiian food.

■Cafe Mahalo
Loco moco using hamburgers made from “Yame Fukufuku Pork” raised in Joyo-machi, Yame City, and Daniel Wagyu burgers using “Hakata Wagyu Beef” raised in Kuroki-machi, Yame City are offered.

■Ohana Mart
Visitors can purchase craft beer, pre-packaged curry, and Hawaiian goods available only at the museum, centering on local specialty products.

■Projection VR Theater (free of charge)
Projected images on three screens. You can enjoy an immersive experience as if you were right there.

■Studio for rent (charged)
A large mirror on the wall, projector, screen, speakers, etc. are available.
Rental studio (fee: from 1,400 yen per hour)
The studio is 83 square meters in size.
