Boasting the highest production of tiger blowfish and the second-highest production of natural pufferfish in the country. Mild-tasting, white-flesh lagocephalus are in for the summer and fall season; chewy and flavorful tiger blowfish are in for the winter. Also available are fuguchiri nabe-pot and zosui along with beautifully served fugu on a colorfully designed dish.
