Zuibaiji Dam and Park

瑞梅寺ダム・瑞梅寺ダム公園

Zuibaij, located in Itoshima City, is a multi-purpose dam which stands 64 meters high and is able to contain 2,270,000 cubic meters of water. It provides 11,600 cubic meters of water for Fukuoka City and 5,400 cubic meters of water for Maebaru on average each day. There are a camp ground and a cliff side park which provide stunning views of the area in the upstream of the dam. We recommend you to try to visit during the cherry-blossom or autumn seasons.
