The carefully selected several sake lees are blended and pretreated for the conditions like the day’s humidity and temperature. Then, original seasonings are added to sake lees, and ingredients are mixed together. The Kinin contains twice the filling compared to other pickles of the company. It is a sumptuous pickle with less attached sake lees. It goes with steaming rice and alcohol.
