Fugetsu’s pure white and adorable “Yuki Usagi” (Snow Bunny; pictured above) is a favorite with children. The snack is a fluffy marshmallow chock-full of white kidney bean paste; it was modeled after a folk tale passed down in Hakata about a rabbit who is saved from a wolf, and in turn rescues his savior.
In addition to Yuki Usagi, Fugetsu offers a variety of baked sweets and other foods that make perfect gifts. The company also runs several restaurants and bakeries!
