The soba (buckwheat noodles) that are made fresh everyday using spring water from Toho village and the owner's carefully selected buckwheat flour are exceptionally delicious! There are several different ways to have your soba:original soba, sansai soba (with mountain vegetables), and jidori soba (with local chicken). Try the shop's original style, served with 10 types of vegetables.
