We are especially committed to our pork innards, with a freshness and variety of items that can only be found here because we buy our pork whole.
The black-haired Japanese beef short ribs are made with specially selected grade A4 beef. There is a rich variety of menu items for enjoying bizen shamo chicken or grilled horse as well.
There is also a wealth of other dishes available including appetizers such as fresh horse sashimi or yukke, and finishers such as stone-grilled bibimbap or reimen noodles.
