We operate across municipalities in the Chikugo River basin, the largest river in Kyushu. We are committed to enhancing experiential tourism by offering a comprehensive array of activities that extend beyond traditional agricultural experiences. This includes culinary classes featuring locally sourced produce, fermentation cuisine utilizing Koji(rice malt), and unique cultural immersions such as Zazen meditation at a historically significant Zen temple, boiling soba noodles made from regional buckwheat, and guided tree climbing.

Educational agricultural experiences in the rice fields, starting with rice paddy planting, harvesting, and mochi (pounded rice cake) preparation
Immersive cultural experiences in Zazen meditation and traditional tea ceremony at a temple reputed to be the first Zen temple in Japan
Hands-on experiences in traditional Shimekazari crafting and mochi pounding
Tree climbing experience, designed for everyone, even young children
Hands-on biotope maintenance and thinned wood crafting experience
Visiting a myrtle distillery and moss ball crafting experience
Hands-on experience in harvesting sweet potatoes and planting seedlings
Experience boiling soba noodles made from Minoh grown buckwheat flour, etc.
<Stay>
We offer a diverse range of high-quality farmstay experiences, including spacious rural accommodations, renovated traditional residences near shrines, lodgings featuring hot springs, secluded lodgings in the mountains, and lodgings showcasing traditional Japanese irori (sunken hearths).
<Cuisine>
Activities that integrate bamboo grove maintenance and class on baumkuchen confectionary utilizing bamboo rods, kappo-zake (hot sake served in bamboo) or nagashi somen, depending on the season
A hands-on experience of cooking soba, utilizing buckwheat flour derived from the northern foothills of the Minoh Mountain Range
Experience making strawberry daifuku and strawberry juice with freshly picked strawberries
Hands-on experience making amazake, and fermentation cuisine utilizing “the power of Koji”
Participate in a culinary workshop to prepare dagojiru that retains its form and flavor the next day, etc.
