<Activities>
Hands-on activities include making yuzu pepper in three colors (green, yellow and red), picking wild plants to make tempura and other dishes, and enjoying an open-air bath while taking in the mountain village scenery after a visit to the sauna.

<Stay>
The mountain village has seven locations where guests can stay.
From the deck of “Kojio no Akari,” you can take in a breathtaking panoramic view of the countryside.
“Tagomori no Akari” offers a variety of accommodation styles, including a renovated traditional Japanese house where you can relax by a large sunken hearth, an indoor tent with a camp theater, and a spacious tent perfect for unwinding.
At “Sato Tsutsuji-en,” guests can enjoy a homely Japanese-style inn with a large garden and a unique handmade open-air bath.
Each location offers a unique atmosphere and a diverse range of activities to enjoy.

<Cuisine>
The barbecue is made with local pork and seasonal vegetables and is served with a special homemade yuzu pepper seasoning. The mizutaki course features chicken, shiitake mushrooms, locally grown vegetables, and a specially made soup. Breakfast includes eggs from locally raised cage-free chickens. The rice used in the meals is grown in the terraced paddies of the Kojio district.
