Details	Original Mentai-ko Making and Pickling Experience Course You can experience "making cod roe" by marinating the cod roe in pickling liquid adjusted to your preferred spiciness with three types of chilli. You can make your own mentaiko. You can take home it you made during the experience. The mentaiko will be matured for 168 hours in your refrigerator at home before being served. (Estimated time to take home: 6 hours)
