Since the founding of the company in 1915, Yaskawa Electric Corporation has been at the forefront of automated manufacturing, development and creation of Mechatronics® and Motoman® heavy duty industrial robots.

Ever since the first model hit the market back in 1977, the Motoman® robots have sold over 290,000 units worldwide - boasting the highest number of units in the world. Here at the Robotics Manufacturing Plant, visitors can observe the innovative manufacturing process of their ””robots making robots”” in action.
Robot Plaza is also on site to unveil Yaskawa Electric’s unique robotic engineering and technology as well.
