Chikugo River Fireworks Festival

筑後川花火大会

15,000 fireworks will light up the night sky! Live streaming will also be available.

This is a traditional fireworks festival with a history of more than 350 years, which began with the dedication of fireworks at Suitengu Shrine.
In previous years, approximately 18,000 fireworks were ignited simultaneously at two locations, decorating the night sky for an hour, but last year the event was scaled back.
In 2024, approximately 15,000 fireworks will color the night sky of Kurume.

■Visit venues: 5 venues (Sasayama, Kyomachi, Komorino, Nagatoishi, Miyaki) No Tosu venue this year.
