Fukuchi Town Cosmos Festival

Every year from mid-October till the end of October is the best time to see cosmos flowers. The Akaike Bashi Neighbourhood of Fukuchi-machi comes alive with the vivid colors of the cosmos when the flowers are in bloom! Visitors surrounded by this scene feel the healing powers of the flowers! At the Cosmos Festival, guests can try the local cuisine which is characteristic of Fukuchi-machi. For the visitors wanting to have a little fun, there is a soda drinking contest! Or for those people that like edamame (soy beans), there is the all-you-can-take home event! A large number of unique events are organized by local volunteers!
