On this expansive site six times the size of Yahoo Dome (430 thousand square meters, or over 4.6 million square feet), visitors will find a sporting facility that includes a stadium with seating for 10 thousand spectators, a fully-paved, all-weather track and field, tennis courts equipped for night games, a gymnasium for indoor sports, and a training room featuring the latest machinery and equipment.
With eight lodges that can each accommodate 120 people, groups are welcome to lodge or hold training camps here. There are also cottages equipped with kitchens and twin rooms, perfect for families on vacation! In addition, visitors can enjoy the best of each season in all-you-can-eat buffet or barbeque restaurants, a Japanese food restaurant, and a bakery and cafe!
Global Arena definately lives up to its reputation of multipurpose facilty for “Sports, Lodging, Food, and Fun”, and it is also used as a venue for meetings, international sporting events, and recreational purposes. Various studio lessons and active learning opportunities are available, so even if you’re a beginner, you can easily participate!
