Visitors to this restaurant can enjoy authentic charcoal grilled chicken, made with freshly ground chicken every morning from “Hakata Ichiban-dori”, a local Fukuoka brand of chicken. The meat of these chickens, raised on a feed of Yamecha tea, is rich in vitamins and known for its elegant flavor featuring soft, fine muscle fibers and just the right amount of fatty tissue. The meat contains 15% more savory components that typical chicken, making it especially good for Yakitori and stewed chicken dishes. In addition to the chicken, they are uncompromising about every other aspect of the meal, such as the carefully selected local Ogori vegetables, their original grilled salt blended with 19 herbs and spices that stands out for its flavor and fragrance, and their special sauce painstakingly prepared using a proprietary recipe based on a local popular soy sauce that wins food competitions every year. They also offer a free shuttle bus that can carry from 8 to 28 people.
