The owner put together this kitchen car by hand after retirement, hoping to meet new people and enjoy conversations, and went into business in October 2019. The yakisoba features an ample supply of meat and vegetables! They use their own original blended sauce, and serve the yakisoba accompanied by homemade Yuzu-kosho, a spicy condiment made from the Yuzu citrus fruit. When open for business in the owner’s home garden, many bikers and cyclists stop by, using the spot to exchange information, do simple maintenance, and rehydrate. The owner has in fact become a cyclist themselves after meeting some of those customers, and now enjoys the active and colorful times.
