This facility is located inside JR Tanushimaru Station, which itself is notable for its exterior design like the Kappa monster of Japanese legend. The construction adopts a design submitted by a local high school student, and has become a popular spot for photos.
The adjacent Cafe Kapateria also serves Kappa style macarons and Kappa curry.
